Food was good but not exceptionally good I would order it again the bottled Mountain Dew tasted kind of flat to me but I didn’t take it back. Customer service and everything else was good. I did like the fries

The new owners saved this place for the community. They are heroes and they transformed it into exactly as it should be - The Cheese Steak Shop standard. Their quality is great, their fixings are perfect and their atmosphere is nice with their staff super friendly and helpful. No complaints. I always share my recommendation with friends.

Always great sandwiches. I get the same one every time and split it between two people with one side of curly fries and it fills us both up to the point of bursting! So delicious! I love the spicy peppers and sweet peppers they have in the sammies, as well!

Food is the same as always, delicious. I would have liked my mushrooms not chopped to dust but thats personal preference. The server was friendly but the heavier set cook, seemed like he was not wanting to be there. I get we all have bad days, but leave it at the door, cook with love not anger my guy.. Would have been a 5 star if there was better vibes.

Amazing food , high quality! friendly, much improvement in the last half a year on the customer side. Love the new decor and there are quite a few different cheese steaks you can choose from. Some of the best curly fries I've ever had in Chico as well!
